1180 Grant Avenue is a 4 family townhouse on a quiet tree lined block in the Concourse neighborhood of the South Bronx, three blocks from the newly renovated 167th Street B/D subway station. Originally a 2 unit, 1180 Grant went through gut renovation that included a conversion of the two floor-through units into four, two bedroom apartments. The existing basement was converted into a commercial storage space and private laundry facilities for the residents.
